Candidate must be able to handle a commercial lines book of business, which includes new and renewal accounts.
Be able to gather information from new potential clients, market with various companies and create proposals for producers to sell.
Be able to work with current clients on renewals, endorsements, rounding out accounts, creating insurance schedules and handle any problems that come up.

Candidate must have a property and casualty license, with at least 3 years of commercial lines experience in an independent agency.
Must be able to work independently with clients and handle multiple tasks with varying time constraints.
Must demonstrate well developed time management, customer service, communication and word processing skills.
Must be able to use an agency management system, preferably AMS360.
Must have prior online carrier rating experience, e.g. Hartford, Travelers, etc.
