Manager (Current Employee) –  Itasca, ILNovember 15, 2016
If you want to be challenged, have autonomy in your job and enjoy going to work every day, don't work at Fellowes. It's a miserable place full of people who are miserable.

Productive and enjoyable work environment with Fellowes
forklift driver (Current Employee) –  Hanover Park, ILJanuary 3, 2016
Typical work day at Fellows as follows: I arrive 10 minutes before my shift to check the battery on forklift making sure it was charged and if not would change battery, sign off for my scanner, and start taking orders and scan labels. Enjoyable management easy to work for as well as co workers everyone did their job and we got along well. Hardest part of job was switching heavy boxes from one pale to another. Very enjoyable place to work for..
Pros
free lunches for job well done and no accidents felt appreciated
Cons
short lunch no insurance

FORKLIFT OPERATOR (Current Employee) –  Hanover Park, ILSeptember 15, 2012
First I start orderpicking, then assist loader/unloader with trailers.
I've learned how to operate 2 new forklifts, since started.
Management is great.
Co-Workers are great.
Completing 700 pieces to a skid with no mistakes, is the hardest.
The freedom to complete you assignment, with no hassel.
Pros
free lunches once a month

nice company to work for.
temp switchboard/reception (Former Employee) –  IllinoisAugust 30, 2012
I was a temp worker at this company as their
switchboard for a good while and this is a company I would love to work for. The employees made me feel like I was part of the Fellowes family and not a temp. The staff is very friendly and they have no problem teaching. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a fine company to work for to apply with this company. If they ever get an opening in a postion I feel I am qualified for I will apply with them.
Pros
you work a set schedule.
