The hours were long which led to poor work life balance. The workload can be stressful as the credit department is heavily relied on. The management staff was not clear on expectations/performance or supportive in helping to meet them. Management, district and regional powers will only come to you once you have severely underperformed not allowing you to correct mistakes. There are many resources for you to utilize to ensure your personal success and it is advised that you take advantage of them while there.
