Hard work but also very rewarding

Fiber glass pieces would get stuck to my clothes and skin but at the end of the day the job was very rewarding. I learned how to spool fiberglass onto machines. The 3rd shift hours were hard to get used to but I did work with some great people.

for this particular project we had to find taverns and interview people so it was not that hard cause we had maps,i learned how to convince people into giving you there time,we had the best manager ever cause she was understanding,we were great cause we had our common goal,when you were slow and didn't your daily target,when you find people who are – more... willing to go an extra mile helping you to make you job easy – less

Pros: you choose your knock off time by reaching your target early
Cons: management scares you every now and then threatening to let go of you
everyday at 09h00 i start working i go to places where there are lots of people from there i interview then those who actually want to be insured. management is there with you sometimes that's if we not collecting enough leads per day we interview 10 people for hollard and 30 for old mutual. the hardest its when you don't find leads the fun part is – more... when you get leads – less
