Sales Representative (Former Employee) – Blue Bell, PA – January 29, 2015
I worked there for almost a year. Unfortunately this company was purchased by IBM and it did nothing but fuel the egos of the awful people that work there. The sales team is frustrated all the time. The tech support team is clueless and apparently they all came from Best Buy so I'm not surprised. It seems like all the people do there is curse and say inappropriate things all day. They are rude to each other and their clients. Please find somewhere else to work that has a professional work environment and gives promotions that are based on merit, a not based on how many times you bought drinks for your boss.
Billing Accountant (Current Employee) – Blue Bell – February 3, 2014
It is a productive place, and everyone is nice to help you. The most enjoyable part of the job is that everyone is like one of your family member, you can get gift on your work anniversity date, and you always have chance to know people in other departments. What I have learned is to work independently, but also consider myself one of the team member.
Inside Sales Representative (Former Employee) – Philadelphia, PA – November 12, 2013
Cold calling into companies to setup meeting to sell the security software. Learned how to sell to security software to some of the largest companies in the country. Helped identify primary decision makers in each company and work hand and hand to build the project into a company's budget. Closing business was the most enjoyable part of the job.
