Better pay and better work environment. Lots of unprofessional people who dont deserve to work here including management. It's a shame.

I first had a pre screening over the phone with hr. After telling her my skills and answering a few questions she felt like I would be good to come in for a face to face. She first had me take an assessment online that consisted of mock calls (customers calling in, you have to enter their information into the system and choose the best answer to help them) and the common assessment questions such as "do you like working in a team" you pick yes or no. After I passed that she called me back the same day to come in for a face to face interview. I interviewed with 2 supervisors. They made me very comfortable. They asked simple questions. Basically the same questions that hr asked but fewer. They will ask you what you know about the company so do your homework. After they tell u what they are looking for. Tell u the hours and about probation and how you have to be on time and come every single day. That's all for the interview. Hr will call you later or the next day and offer you the job if they liked you. You will receive a starting pay and date if you accept. The pay is very good by the way the hours are perfect. No weekends unless u want to get overtime. No holidays. Lastly they will verify your past employment through a background company so be very clear about the dates you worked or it can be very difficult.
