Hardest part of the day was hearing patients tell their story about their health struggles. Most enjoyable part of the job was hearing patients say how much they enjoy our company and how helpful we are. Each morning I would print out our Horizons report that would be faxed over from physical therapist and then I would process the orders, if possible, to distribute the equipment to the patients. I would take phone calls from patients throughout the day and process their orders or help the patient with what they need. I would also check and process the incoming faxes that my department would receive throughout the day or week. I learned how to provide instructions on how to use and dispense medical equipment.
