Data Entry Clerk III (Former Employee), Fairfield, CA – March 25, 2013
I learned alot of new things when the company took over.
It was the same work environment; the only difference was we were
learning a new program/software. I wish I wasn't laid off right away
because I really would have liked to stay at this job.

Nice people, but too much work.
Business Analyst (Former Employee), Maitland, FL – February 8, 2013
Pros: great product. manager was good to work for.
Cons: have to work lunches and night time to keep up.
Not a bad place to work. Lots of nice and knowledgeable people, but the work was way too much. They needed to add employees in certain areas. Employees had to take work home to keep pace. Family life was not considered.

great place to work
Credit Card Fraud Specialist (Former Employee), Saint Petersburg, FL – January 16, 2013
Pros: great staff
This is a call center setting. Typical day is taking incoming phone calls from customers who has security issues of their card, who maybe a victim of credit card fraud. In addition, also call customers if there are fraud alerts on their card and confirm charges and transactions. The hardest part of the job is sitting down for long periods of time.

Very Unprofessional Work Enviroment!
Lockbox Supervisor (Former Employee), Norwood, MA – January 14, 2013
Management yells at you all the time. People are backstabbers at this rotten company yet the CEO of this dump pockets over 25 million a year in bonuses! While people suffer with $12/Hr pay and on top of this, they outsource to India! Keep the jobs in America!
Do not work for this rotten pit!

Great Company, dependable and caring coworkers, supportive management team. However, limited advancement opportunities
Corporate Accountant (Current Employee), Jacksonville, FL – December 4, 2012
Pros: healthy work environment, dependable managers
Cons: insufficient advancement opportunities
A Typical day include multitasking responsibilities such as uploading daily checks to the general ledger, responding to email inquiry from operation regarding account balances, completing and submitting assigned reports for management, reconciling accounts, adjusting entries, address audit request, assisting team with accounts receivable questions and – more... pulling reports for which they cannot access, review and verify completed bank reconciliations, review outstanding check list and work with operation so they can be voided and new checks reissued, reviewing balance sheet accounts and ensure schedules and support reconcile to the general ledger.
I have been fortunate to be part of a wonderful supportive team, managers in every department who practice an open door policy and always make themselves available even if it means staying late to offer support.
Having a deadline and there is an unresolved issue and having to wait on offices on the west cost to open due to time zone can be challenging. – less
