-Author, edit and maintain software documentation including user manuals, technical references, guides, release notes, etc.
-Work closely with the Marketing team in copywriting activities
-Develop tutorials and story boards for video messaging
-Act as the Subject Matter Expert for knowledge transfer to other departments
-Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and meets specifications for quality and style
-Develop on-line help screens
-Independently plan, coordinate and execute documentation projects under very general direction
-Project management and tracking of progress against milestones

-Strong grasp of design and user experience
-Must demonstrate solid understanding of software development life cycle
-Able to work across multiple departments
-Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects at-once, quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality
-Excellent written and verbal skills

Knowledge and Skills
-Bachelor's degree with technology focus
-Proficient in SharePoint 2010+
-Knowledge of Flare and authoring using XML a strong advantage
-High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
-Experience managing products which leverage social media
-Functional knowledge in Cisco, AXL, CTI, VoIP (Telephony a strong advantage)
-Knowledge in .NET, PHP, Java languages a plus
-Experience in Agile development methodologies a plus
-A wide degree of creativity and latitude
-Able to interact with high-level contacts, both internal and external to the company
