Productive work place that combines the Hispanic culture with different cultures. People are nice, especially the co-workers. Hardest part is memorizing codes as a checker but overall its good.

grocery stocker (Former Employee), Houston, TXNovember 3, 2014
start a 8 hour shift by clocking in at the entry and assigning to my designated area and prepare my loads to restock. load products on a pallet and jack it up and roll out to the floor where products would be placed for customers to find according to aisle description. match prices and bar codes and perform price changes. when store got really busy, helped out on the front end with bagging and price checking. i learned how to work cooperatively with customers and how to communicate with strangers on a friendly, trusting level. my manager was like a father to the company by being very helpful beyond work related issues and was very easy to talk to while being a huge impact on motivating us as students to strive for better in life. my co-workers was like brothers and sisters that was always there to help and support with all situations and we all worked as a team to get the things done. the hardest part of the job was really not a big deal but reaching all goals before our shift was up. the most enjoyable part of my job was communicating with customers and making them feel welcomed and satisfying there needs and wants with simple accurate answers with knowledge of products and store floor. great company!

What i learned from fiesta, Well I learned how to use a register i learned how to stock in type's. Manager's Are focus on there employer's and help them out on any issue's that arise. The hardest part on the job was staying on your feet 8-9 hours straight. The most enjoyable part was seeing happy faces. Co workers Worked hard also pay attention carefully I also learned from Co-Workers. So at the end of the night i always learn something new.
