Help Desk\Retail Support Analyst (Current Employee) – North Bergen, NJ – August 27, 2013
- Served as the point of contact to a customer IT services infrastructure on service support issues
- Provide technical support to corporate employees for PC and Phone related issues
- Provide1st and 2nd level support (pc and POS equipment) to Stores on both the current POS (Epicor) and new POS (Micros) environments
- Apply workarounds provided by the retail engineering team for known problems.
- Handle situations directly using phone, e-mail, desk side, remote connection (Citrix) and or escalate to the appropriate MIS Staff using the Help Desk management software (Service Now)
- Create Network Accounts, Baby ID (AS400), and granted access w/in AD to Shared Network folders
- Analysis of trends among the calls received from the stores for support.
