Key responsibilities – Conduct and participate in concept generation activities including the development of personas, use cases, and feature lists. Create process flows, site maps, wireframes, screen prototypes, and functional specifications.
Research – Participate in user research and usability testing initiatives to help Product Management refine their strategic requirements to create targeted, innovative, interactive online concepts that map to a broader customer experience.
Design Thinking – Bring a designer’s sensibility to solving business problems through a human centered innovation process that emphasizes exploration, ideation, and experimentation.
Collaboration – Partner with Customer Experience, Design, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to develop the next generation of our products/services and optimize our current multi channel customer experience.
User Centered Approach – Advocate for all aspects of user centered design on the projects you work on including information architecture, task analysis, user flows, navigation, content hierarchies, user interface/interaction wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Skills and Experience:
Experience – 3-5 years related experience in project-based user experience design activities, including the design of the overall architecture of one or more web sites and transactional design experience. E-commerce with financial services experience is a plus.

-Experience within the agile environment
Conduct and participate in project definition activities including: business requirement gathering, site assessment, competitive analysis, user testing, etc.
Agility – Possess strong business and technical acumen; be able to quickly learn new businesses and understand technologies.
Follow through – Provide thorough QA oversight and consultation during technical implementation. Monitor project/feature success through site analytics/metrics.
Project management – Ability to work on multiple projects, reprioritize as needed, and consistently deliver on time.
Strong communication – Able to persuade/influence team members, present/sell ideas effectively, get results, and follow through.
Tools – Proficiency with Visio and Omnigraffle, Basic knowledge of MS Office, Illustrator, Photoshop and HTML editors.
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, or related field.
