The Support Dept at FPCU is very busy keeping GL accounts balanced, assisting members on the phone with questions, processing mail transactions for loans, checking and savings accounts. Everyone is hard at work trying to accomplish as much as possible in one day. The day passes quickly.

FPCU was a great place to work, it was a very member service oriented company. However, it started functioning more like a bank, becoming more vested in increasing sales and membership numbers than service. One huge draw back, which occurred after I left, they put in a bullet proof glass winder between the tellers and members.
