The Support Dept at FPCU is very busy keeping GL accounts balanced, assisting members on the phone with questions, processing mail transactions for loans, checking and savings accounts. Everyone is hard at work trying to accomplish as much as possible in one day. The day passes quickly.

Indirect Lending Representative -
Solely created and successfully launched indirect lending program.

Traveled 90% of the time to coordinate/partner with automotive dealerships to successfully exceed target monthly goals

Worked with lending team to steam line loan production

Hardest part of the job was constant traveling and on call availability. Worked dealership hours, so late nights and holidays - would have to be readily available.

Most enjoyable part of the job was flexibility. Could work early mornings through late evenings...dealerships seemed to be always open.

FPCU was a great place to work, it was a very member service oriented company. However, it started functioning more like a bank, becoming more vested in increasing sales and membership numbers than service. One huge draw back, which occurred after I left, they put in a bullet proof glass winder between the tellers and members.

Excellent management team. Worked with many credit union specialest in converting and merging two credit unions into one. The process was very smooth and the transition was a success in a very short time.

working as a bank Teller was a lot of fun, it was a different experience working one on one with the customer.

it was very enjoyable time it was a new experience and I would love to work in this environment again.

I assisted over 30 customers daily with their deposit accounts and loans. I was also responsible for verifying income on all loan applications that i submitted. Thet most enjoyable part of this job was to take on different roles, such as operations manager, underwriting, etc.
