We are under new management so a lot of things are changing, but it's changes that have should've been already happening. The job is pretty easy just like any sales job. Assisting customers, signing people up for a FL rewards card, selling insoles/cleaners, etc. the only con with this is you constantly get asked by customers with Macy's merchandise for help which gets old considering you're in a royal blue shirt and not all black. I've been working here for a little over a year and I have little to no complaints about it. We no longer get commission only on the accessories we sale. There's a new attendance tracker which I think is kind of dumb, but once you reach 4 pts it's automatic termination. It's .5 pt for more than 5 minutes late, 1 pt for a call out, .5 pt if you're late from break and you only get a 5 minute grace period from the time you're scheduled. Hours very per person but it's part time hours. If your stats are good you can receive raises.
