We are a growing manufacturing company located in Warminster, Bucks County, PA. We are currently looking to fill the following two full time positions.
Sales Secretary Duties include
Supervising a diverse group of inside and outside sales personnel
Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
Communicating with customers
Various administrative tasks including filing, sending price quotes, entering work orders, etc
Requirements
Strong ability to multi-task
Good grammar and writing skills
Excellent technical skills including typing, Microsoft Office. Experience with ACT is desirable
Must be detail oriented
Administrative Assistant Duties Include
Assisting accountant with various accounting tasks
Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
Filing and organizing
Various administrative tasks
Requirements
Good grammar and writing skills
Excellent technical skills including typing and Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with Quickbooks is helpful
Must be extremely detail oriented and accurate with work
Ability to keep information confidential is of utmost importance
