The global digital marketing manager will execute and measure performance against the company’s demand generation strategy. The global digital marketing manager must possess a strong background in online demand generation and be very organized.

Digital Marketing Manager must be willing to travel locally, across North America and abroad for sales and marketing events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(Additional duties may be assigned as required.)

  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, execute and report on all aspects of online marketing, including lead generation, branding activities, and website updates
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, execute and report on lead generation, lead capture, search engine optimization, web presence, direct (e)mail, and other digital marketing activities
  • Provide quality assurance in the lead funnel attribution process and troubleshoot any inaccuracies or inconsistencies
  • Lend expertise on the management and delivery of content online
  • Actively pursue a marketing mix that reduces cost per acquisition
  • Plan to a marketing budget (monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Effectively manage agencies and third party service providers

Required Skills

  • Expert level proficiency in:

o Display media
o Pay per click media
o Search engine optimization
o Direct digital mail
o Webinars, virtual conferences, and other forms of “gated” lead capture marketing
o Analytics and performance monitoring (cookie-based and log files)
o Marketing automation

  • Intermediate level proficiency in:

o Site maps
o Wireframes
o Content management systems
o Quality assurance
