This place will give you all the feels. They have excellent rapport with the clients and they are all treated with respect and dignity. Management is conscientious and respectful of line staff. You get plenty of paid time off even as a line staff, and the way your paid is more like salary, even though its hourly (aka you get a few weeks off when the center is closed that you are paid for). You still get paid if your client calls out for the day and you have plenty of time to work on program materials etc. There are plenty of extra personnel to help line staff in crisis situations.
Pay per hour is low, but is offset by the fact that you're always paid for 40 hours each week.
