Flexarome Production Operator (Former Employee) – Plainsboro, NJ 08536 – January 15, 2017
I day consist of several different challenges ranging any where from trying to get a good quality and consistent product to run to running the entire run which consist of preparing batches for mixing, building the line up for startup, packing, then once run ended. Breakdown the line for CIP, and also in between run time. Trying to fit in time to order material for the next day. There was only one shift of run, so everything had to done within 8 hours. Safety was always on mind and Quality too. It was a three man job ran by only two of us. There was days to recover. But we got job done, with no issues from clients. I've become quiet proficient at multitasking, not to mention working along side engineers, electricians, and project managers I've picked up some problem solving skills. Its sort of second nature now. Would I recommend to another person, yes but with warning. If there not ready to work hard, fast and tirelessly. Its not for everyone

Good opportunity to improve myself in compounder. It have a great space to work, very clean and responsible. The hardest part of the job is when you have to work with a lot of stress but it helps to improve my skills.
Intern in Evaluations Department (Former Employee) – New York, NY – December 1, 2015
People were very helpful and knowledgable about fragrance. As an intern I was able to attend all department meetings, presentations and olfactory training sessions. Given enough work to stay busy but not too much that you were drowning in work
Compounder (Current Employee) – Plainsboro NJ – January 7, 2013
Looking at their track record the last 12 months they have been UNABLE to pay people correctly. Massive problems with the payroll department and nary a week goes by that there is not some major payroll issue or errors in multiple paychecks. They pay every two weeks. The problems are funneled up to payroll through middle-management and they sure don't have time to reconcile these issues. Workers are inconvenienced and have to wait a long time to get paid. This used to be a great company and ever since the management changed about 10 years ago it has been NIGHTMARISH to work at this branch. They have gone to SAP system and their tie-ins with payroll is stilted. They have gutted their benefits package and eliminated the "nice" things they used to do for their employees. *sigh* - you can tell the Europeans are no longer calling the shots.
Order filler (Former Employee) – Plainsboro, NJ – December 22, 2015
Meeting before shift. Report for required assignments. Supervisors where very imformative and gave plenty of attention to unexpected problems. Hardest part of my job was learning the working instruments on the different size tanks.... which became the best part of the job.
Human Resources Manager (Former Employee) – Plainsboro, NJ – October 24, 2013
Hard work, long hours, can be rewarding. Every day is different. Work is diversified. Lots of politics which you must be able to handle if you are to succeed. Most of my co-workers were great. The best part of the job was the ability to work independently and 'make a difference'.
