Productive but very hard on physical
Dentist (Current Employee), East Hartford, CTJune 23, 2013
It's a very fast pace place with not enough team support.
The working hour per day is long and the management is very poor.

The Clinic has a high volume of patients, very fast pace one on one customer service
Dental Receptionist (Former Employee), East Hartford, CTMay 29, 2013
Working at the clinic in the dental field was very busy.
I enjoyed it because I love to interact with people, make connections, and see what I can learn from others. I also enjoy working in a fast past field , just helps time fly by.
The co-workers and managers had really great communication skills with one another. In training they focused on working – more... as a team and as an individual as well. I honestly don't think there was anything hard about my job, I studied hard, asked questioned and stayed focus. – less

Supporting elderly
Personal Care Worker (Former Employee), Milwaukee, WIJuly 12, 2012
Conversating is required for employment in this field. You always have to know what to say and think about what the patients are feeling. I've learned that all people can manage they're lives without anyone's help. You just need that supportive guidance that allow you to perform. The hardest part of the job was making sure every routine was in order. – more... It's difficult to not know what to do. Always listen and respond in that order. The best part of the job is knowing at the end of the day you helped that person. I love to see everyone enjoy life. – less

Very Productive and Fun Work Place
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), Spokane, WAMarch 22, 2012
Pros: great benefits, great pay, opportunities to advance
Cons: dealing with sometimes cranky people on the phone
A typical day at work for me was answering inbound calls from providers and customers answering questions in regards to benefits and claims. I learned everything you need to know about health insurance works, and how claims are processed. My co-workers were awesome. I loved them all. They were so much fun. The hardest part of my job was breaking down – more... insurance quotes for some that didn't understand. The most enjoyable part of my job was the people. – less

The leadership team with this company does not care about the staff. The drama that is allowed to spew out into the Call Center, the favoritism and discrimination by the VP of this company is out of control. Used to be a great place to work and grow as a person, now it is just a tyrant pulling the strings.
