First point of contact for various callers.Oversees the front desk, greets visitors, answers phones, and additional tasks as required.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
o Answering phones in a friendly, professional manner
o Answer the phone quickly.
o Transfers, pages, or sends calls to employee’s voicemail.
o Uses customer service to keeps callers apprised of their caller status.
o Distributes information and documents:
o Delivers faxes
o Delivers mail
Minimum of a high school degree.
Experience with using computers, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to portrait professionalism over the phone
- Customer service driven
Equipment to be used:
Computer and other standard office machinery including, but not limited to, emails, faxes, multi-line phone, Neopost, scanners, copiers, and others as deemed necessary.
Typical Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift 25 lbs, must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Typical Mental Demands:
Must be able to multitask and handle multiple phone lines at the same time.
Typical office setting.
