This place was one of the best places I could have had the privilege to for. The staff and management really cares about their employees and believe what being a successful team is all about.

This was a temp position. The employees at this branch were very perfessional and friendly. They made my stay comfortable.

Daily task include outbound sales calls with business partners and identifying cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services.

Reviewing credit postings for hundreds of securities prior to settlement while ensuring system uploads matched trustee reporting.

FCB was a great place to work. I learned a great deal there from a couple of my co-workers and my manager. We always got our jobs done but were allowed to have fun too! The hardest part for me was finding new customers. I worked in a very small town with not a lot of room for growth, so finding those new sales opportunities were sometimes difficult.

Checking and balancing accounts for customers to inculde;deposits and withdrawals, loan balances, customer service, vault entrance, offering other services for First Citizens Bank.

I also enjoyed my position with this company. I left to persue a more advanced Office Manager roll.

Our branch is small but we work well as a team. I'v learned a great deal about products we offer and customer service, my favorite part of the job. The hardest part are the calls we are required to make monthly.

Grate enviroment to work in. Great Boss and co worker. Hand on experience that I wish I be there longer.

Typical day included securing the perimeters during open and close. Counting larges sums of cash and being responsible for it. Great experience working at First Citizens. Management team is exceptional and enjoyable to work for. Work is distributed evenly.

Good Job, but slow and long days. Some days of course were busier than others. Some days were very hard and frustrating working with such irate customers.

typical workday is production. most enjoyable is helping and assisting the customers. coworkers worked together and are team oriented.

I worked third shift, so when I got to work I would check
emails to see if there were any problems I should be aware of.
Then I would bring up the system and then go out to
the courier area to get the work in from our Charlotte site, bring the work in set up for processing. Through out the night checking for work coming in from other sites, generating – more... reports, logging times for each job we would run, kicking off jobs. I worked for FCB for eleven years. It was a learning experience. I was promoted several times for hard work and my determination to be successful. My clients were like family and it was difficult to leave.

The most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis, and catering to their financial needs accordingly. A typical day included processing large business deposits, cashing checks, handling personal transactions for customers, and referring products to them as well.
