Great place to work!
Financial Sales Representative (Former Employee), Yelm, WA – April 18, 2013
Cons: the first year i was there, i was the saturday worker and didn't have a weekend.
FCB was a great place to work. I learned a great deal there from a couple of my co-workers and my manager. We always got our jobs done but were allowed to have fun too! The hardest part for me was finding new customers. I worked in a very small town with not a lot of room for growth, so finding those new sales opportunities were sometimes difficult.

Our branch is small but we work well as a team. I'v learned a great deal about products we offer and customer service, my favorite part of the job. The hardest part are the calls we are required to make monthly.

Good Stable Work Place
Float Teller (Former Employee), Charlotte, NC – March 12, 2013
Typical day included securing the perimeters during open and close. Counting larges sums of cash and being responsible for it. I learned to handle customer complaints and concerns, through genuine care and active listening. Management was very good, hardest part of the job was to make sure the money is always correct. Most enjoyable part was the people – more... I worked along side with. – less

Good Job, but slow and long days. Some days of course were busier than others. Some days were very hard and frustrating working with such irate customers.

Overall it wasn't a bad place to work. I would probably still be there if it wasn't for my position being eliminated.
Lead CBO Specialist (Former Employee), Raleigh, NC – January 24, 2013
I worked third shift, so when I got to work I would check
emails to see if there were any problems I should be aware of.
Then I would bring up the system and then go out to
the courier area to get the work in from our Charlotte site, bring the work in set up for processing. Through out the night checking for work coming in from other sites, generating – more... reports, logging times for each job we would run, kicking off jobs. Also calling technician if there were any machine problems. – less

Professional environment with a high volume of customer interaction
Teller (Current Employee), Dillon, SC – December 18, 2012
The most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis, and catering to their financial needs accordingly. A typical day included processing large business deposits, cashing checks, handling personal transactions for customers, and referring products to them as well. The hardest part of the job was the overwhelming – more... amount of customers during the first of the month. I have learned so much about the banking industry, how to assess customers' financial needs, and how to manage my time effectively. – less
