Up to 1 year of hands on culinary and or restaurant experience. New opening experience a plus. Will train acceptable candidiates.
High School education or equivalent, additional coursework in culinary or restaurant management a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be able to work safely in a fast paced enviroment while working with other team members to create excellent quality food. Must be able to operate cutting edge cooking equipment and work under time constraints at all times. Must work clean and effciently while always being in proper uniform.
Must be able to work on your feet for long durations and be able to lift up to 40lbs
Must be able to follow directions and adhere to all operational standards
Must demonstrate friendly hospitable service at all times
“ServSafe” Certification required
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
