I worked for FCB in 2013 and LOVED every part of my job except lack of opportunity to move from a part time to full time position. (Although I was offered a promotion from one position to another within a few months!)
I moved out of state, moved back, and went back to FCB with a full time position in 2015. When I say EVERYTHING changed, I mean everything. They decided in the beginning of 2016 to completely eliminate positions. Additionally, they decided to reduce Full time from 40 to 30 hours a week, while increasing sales goals. They offer almost no incentives for sales, but again, have increased sales goals. Working there now is all about making calls and selling products. And even after meeting my sales goals, my manager told me I wouldn't qualify for a raise because they "don't give raises in the first year."
