Responsibilities include:


  • Inputting invoices and receipts daily in a timely manner with proper coding
  • Creating new vendors in construction accounting system / Add to Shared Contacts
  • Managing all GL & WC insurance files for vendors
  • Weekly Check Run
  • Reconciling checking accounts weekly and monthly
  • Creating a monthly sales report
  • Monitoring multiple credit lines with various vendors weekly
  • Generating a cash report weekly
  • Calculating profit margin for all residential/commercial jobs
  • Understanding how General Ledger accounts work in accounting software


  • Depositing checks as they come in from customers
  • Applying customer receipts to A/R invoices
  • Calling customers on overdue invoices and tracking all aging invoices
  • Applying credit card payments upon request
  • Posting payments in accounting system


  • Answering and directing inbound calls
  • Greeting customers coming into the office
  • Monthly Office Supply Order – Office Supply Closet management
  • Office equipment maintenance management
  • Company Tool Management
  • Support to both office management and project coordinators upon request

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail & superb organizational skills
  • General accounting knowledge
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Excel, Outlook, Word, Access
  • Previous office admin experience a must

Office location is Arapahoe & Jordan in Centennial
