A typical work day for my past position required entering data, accepting payments for services rendered, finding and annotating files, filling away documents, accounting for order progress, calling customers for collection, and the occasional angry customer who wants a refund or discount for a poor job on our end. I also worked on creating a new format of documents and identification design for the installers. The management is on point and I could not have asked for better bosses, but could have used more leadership. I worked with some of the best people I have in a long time and truly miss those groups of people the most. Some of which do need some work, but their heart is definitely in the right place. The hardest part of this job would be maintaining patience with customers and co-workers having to explain the same concept in different ways to ensure understanding. A job like this is definitely a calling and for the amount of work that it entails does not balance with the pay rendered along with the lack of benefits.
