Home Care RN, Overland Park, KS - August 28, 2015
Took care of a little girl with many special care needs. Always learning from hospital/doctor visits about her rare disease. Very little communication from the office. When the staffing coordinator did call, it was usually to say something negative=like your relief will be a couple of hours late & then not show up at all.(happened all to frequently) The office was located across state line from the client. I had to drive 14 miles one way to the client, & 35 miles one way to drop off weekly time sheets. The most enjoyable part of my job was the satisfaction of doing a good job and having that big smile come from that little face, knowing I made a positive difference in her life.
