No. The upper management in Connecticut only cares if you are not on a list. the buses could be falling apart and breakdown every day but if you are under budget that’s fine. Sacrifice the children safety over saving three cents per mileage.

In the maintenance shop I had to work 60 to 70 hours a week on salary. When I ask way they wanted me to work some many hours they put my job in the newspaper and started interviews with my replacement. Such a disrespectful company that cares about money over people every day

Yes, every week that you work. I also collect unemployment for the weeks when there is no school. Thanksgiving vacation week, Christmas vacation week, February Recess, Spring Recess.

All drivers are guaranteed 20 hours per week minimum. There are more hours available if you go for them. I was doing 20-30+ hours per week as a rookie driver. This year I'm going for the consistent 30 to 40-hour work week by bidding on a double-run.
