Additionally, because state licensure requirements for companion and personal care are rapidly changing in many states, we are committed to guiding and supporting franchisees to meet and exceed state licensure requirements as they evolve.
FirstLight HomeCare will also conduct a series of national and regional meetings every year. These meetings will enable franchisees to share best practices with each other as well as obtain pertinent industry information. Regional meetings will be one to two days in length and national meetings will be two to three days long. FirstLight believes that quality training and support is the foundation for building a business.
