You are most likely not going to be involved in any interview. A majority of entry level employees are temps that are brought in sight unseen. Very high employee turnover ratio. New faces constantly. I have been here for 1 year so far and there has been no talk of being hired. Some have waited 2 years or more and finally left pretty unhappy.

The HR department contacted me and informed me that hey were interested in me I took a test to see if I was qualified for he job. once I passed he test the hr department requested an interview once I passed the interview I was hired within two weeks. the training process is four weeks.

First you have your interview. Then you take an assessment and if you pass it you move onto the next process. Upon completing a background check and drug test a recruiter will get back with you on an start date. It took me about 2 weeks.
