Fishnet was easily one of the best companies I had ever worked for. From work/life balance, to management's vision of where they wanted the company to be, it was an amazing place to work.
Unfortunately, the desire to push forward with private equity firms, and their goal of quick investment turnaround, destroyed the organization. After the acquisition of FishNet by Blackstone (and, by extension, Accuvant), Optiv has become a horrible company that is difficult to work with. They've gone from well thought out offerings in professional services to a cookie cutter organization.
I guess they desire to be like another Deloitte, and it's biting them on the behind.
