A typical day involved payroll, scheduling, problem solving and customer service.
The major things I learned from this position were problem solving and team building.
The company grew very quickly from a small "mom & pop" to a leading fitness company in NJ. My direct manager was one of the owners. As the company expanded my interaction with her became harder and harder making it difficult to to my job effectively and efficiently.
My co-workers were amazing. The hardest working people I know.
The hardest pard of my job was the amount of hours. You are never really off in this, or any management position in this company.
Being able to work with amazing people every day. From the members to the co-workers, I really did love my job.
