Five Star is seeking to grow its Client Services Team due to expansive growth in the Company. This position supports the Account Mangers by contacting ‘award candidates’ through outbound calling. Base (32K) plus incentives (on plan $40K), top earners (45-50K).
If you have great interpersonal phone skills and the ability to establish creditability quickly on the phone, this opportunity is for you. As you hone your phone skills, this position offers the opportunity for upward movement to the Account Manger Inside Sales position.

-Outbound calling to ‘award candidates’ to educate on FSP program and research methodology
-Log call information into web based CRM
-Communicate with ‘award candidates’ throughout the process
-Manage candidate activity to ensure participation goals are being met
-Own the candidate relationship throughout the process
-Great phone skills, with the ability to address objections and close (must be comfortable making a lot of phone calls)
-Ability to develop rapport and creditability with contacts very quickly on the phone
-Demonstrated ability to think critically in situations that require improvisation
-Previous phone sales experience or client facing role with track record of high performance
-Self confidence, self-motivated, results-driven and a positive, up-beat attitude
-Understanding of Wealth Management, Real Estate, and Mortgage or Home/Auto Insurance industries preferred
-Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel, and CRM programs
