On a typical day I might reach out to companies in South Carolina to identify potential business partners for future business endeavors. That relationship would be nurtured and developed. Or, I might review the COO's LinkedIn page and advise him on essential updates to security and make suggestions for content improvement.
All of the staff and executive management are willing to do whatever it takes to improve business functions. From the top down, they acknowledge that they can learn something new from unexpected places. They are willing to listen to everyone's ideas and to implement those ideas that are deemed valuable.
