Pros: pay seemed better than average.
Cons: mismanagement at the corporate level.
Several administrative changes make it hard for the Department Managers to function as a team. Company expectations change like the wind.High employee turnover rate has a negative effect on the quality of patient care and employee morale. Because of frequent Administrative changes it is hard to form relationships with the other depart Managers as everyone – more... is running for cover.
