An excellent company with good employees
Sales Account Manager (Former Employee), Mountain View, CAFebruary 14, 2013
Pros: the relatively flat hierarchy makes communication easier and access to management better, very demanding environment which brings out the best in you
I liked a lot the culture and the attitudes of senior people there.

They gave lot of feedback and also had a 'mentoring' view towards the more junior people. Lot of responsibility is also given once one shows one is capable of handling it (e.g. I became a sales group leader). All in all great experience.

Pros: great atmostphere
There are a lot of different opportunities to learn at Flashbay. And it is easy for you to alternate between the different tasks of bringing in leads and dealing with seasoned customers, which means you have a broader space for learning and making yourself strong in different areas.

Great people, good atmosphere.
Sales Account Manager (Current Employee), Mountain View, CAFebruary 13, 2013
Pros: fantastic lunch room!
Cons: not a job to relax in - its pretty intense and fast paced.
I've been at many other companies where I was consistently fed up and felt undervalued.

Here at Flashbay there is lots to get on with and what you put in you definitely get back out. Management is firm but fair. I've picked up a lot in terms of maintaining a confident phone manner and having a familiarity with each customers issues despite having hundreds – more... and hundreds. – less

Cons: high standards are expected of all staff. understandable given that staff are taken care of so well.
Great location commuting is super easy

Excellent package, far exceeding those of other companies I've worked for in the past.

Fun and super skilled group of people, made lasting friendships during my time there.

Challenging and enriching
Sales Account Manager (Current Employee), Mountain View, CAJanuary 2, 2013
Pros: great location
Cons: none as such.
The people working here are for the most part cohesive and great to work with.

To succeed you need to know who is who and what they do, even in other organizations outside of your own. The company prides itself on its green credentials, which is something that I identify strongly with.

Good place to work at with nice people to work with.

You get all the training you need for the job. What you do can be really rewarding if you have the right attitude.

Co-workers are genuine and friendly people, with a varied team structure. Management are well balanced and easy to approach.
