There are a lot of great people that work at FRM. They claim you start you off at 50,000$ a year witch is true but only because you are forced to work 7 days a week year round.
You only make between 11-13$ an hour. So even if they were to give you a day off you couldn't afford to take it anyway. FRM is more of a steppingstone. You get the experience you need in steel processing from FRM in order to work somewhere else that will pay you more appropriately for your time considering The dangerous work you are doing and for the time that you're spending there
