There are so many miscommunications between sales staff and leadership. When we started we were told that we would be deciding what our pay type was, between hourly and non. That changed the second day. Then we would be told to study and then get yelled at because we weren't selling cars. If they could just figure out how to have the same train of thought from one person to the next that would be fantastic.
