Lead in safety and housekeeping audits (Current Employee) – Chino, CA – January 22, 2018
a typical day at flexcon goes by very fast because you are busy from the moment you get there. You are required to be very aware of the quality of your work. management demands a lot from you but because they know they can get good quality work in return.

Exempt Employee (Former Employee) – Spencer, MA – June 13, 2017
Company seems to be in the midst of some "big" changes, but most are so long overdue that I'm not sure they will have the impact intended. Technology is too far gone for band-aids, they need a major reinvestment ($$$$$). Middle Managers' lacking skillset is holding back much of the individual contributors. Very little mentoring going on, young professionals will not find career development here. Much of the staff has long tenure, but don't assume that's a good thing. Happy or stuck? THAT is the question.
Assistant Machine Operator (Former Employee) – Spencer, MA – May 2, 2017
Its a mix bag from day to day activities. It is a very challenging but learning experience. Very friendly environment to work Few associates during peak hours when customers really need assistance. When a satisfied customer praises an associate for a good work done plus occasional pizza party organized by the district manager.

Summer Intern (Former Employee) – Spencer, MA – January 12, 2015
- typical day at work included lots of data entry and testing the products as they came out the machines - I learned a lot about the other side of production and how things need to be perfect and standardized before they are sent out to the customers - Management was very well structured and helpful with anything I needed - Co-workers were friendly and trained me very well in a short period of time - most enjoyable part of the day was leaving feeling like I learned something new
Left feeling happy and accomplished
I could not stay and work longer since it was just an internship
Intern (Former Employee) – Spencer, MA – March 14, 2012
I was only an intern, so the title is my best review, but the engineers that I had to talk to were down to earth and understood the ins and outs of everything going on in their department whether they were low level or an executive.
