Payroll Coordinator (Current Employee), Jacksonville, Fl – March 4, 2014
Pros: being able to help others
Cons: office is too far from my home
My typical day is helping employees with payroll, garnishment, direct deposit, taxes, and many other issues.
I work very closely with both management and my co-workers and have an excellent relationship with all.
This position is very satisfying to me because I enjoy helping others. And I have learned to be sympathetic to the needs and concerns of – more... others. The hardest part of my job is when I have to deliver bad news to an employee that is expecting to receive additional income due to what they think is an error and I have to tell them that the pay is correct as processed. – less

Service Manager - Medicare Solutions (Former Employee), Miami, Florida – February 5, 2014
I really enjoy working with people, as a call center manager my team and I work with a sense of urgency when assisting subscribers or providers with issues some are simple in nature to the very complex. My team works diligently to exhaust all avenues, tying to finding a successful outcome for all parties involved, my team are truly advocates for our – more... subscribers.
Managing a call centers does have its challenges; one I often find difficult is when you can't give a subscriber what they want due to a benefit exclusion.
Most enjoyable part of my job is having the opportunity to enjoy my team, getting to know each of them on a personal level and establishing a lasting relationship. – less

I work at Blue part time through Incepture, it has given me tons of experience to help me with my future. I have learned customer service, phone skills, how to stay calm no matter whats being said on the other line. I have learned how to use programs such as Onyx, seibel, oracle, and RMBS. I normally start my day with checking my email and seeing if – more... regional inventory has been sent out. Then I log into the phones, I never know what my first call will be. Sometimes its a payment, a transfer, a primary care change, or help with BlueBiz. If i get stuck I can always count on my coworkers that have become friends to help me out. – less

Great place to work. Nice people helpful teammates. As a Business Analyst you mostly work within your core hours, some projects require additional time but not much. A great place to work. Unfortunately because of Obamacare my whole department is being terminated. I have learned a lot here and have worked temporary positions in numerous departments. Florida Blue treated me well and I wish I could continue working for it. I enjoy learning new jobs and have been able to utilize all their on line and instructor led – more... training courses. The hardest part of the job for me is having to leave my co-workers and managers. They have become like a second family and I have made many friends here. – less
