I would say to start with management. Some of the most cold hearted individuals I have worked with.
The caregivers are compassionate about their patients, no doubt. I've learned that how we treat coworkers/staff is how we treat clients/patients/customers. It is a take-take environment. Employees work hard and long hours but always expected to give more.
Clran up management. If you don't kiss their butt, you want get far. Is not about your work performance here. No matter how well you do if you stand up for unjust treatment, you're gone.
