Great fellow employees, management to regimented and strict. Felt like working on an assembly line.
Billing Specialist (EDI) (Former Employee), Ft Myers, FlMay 14, 2014
Pros: the hours were great, other employees were great to work with.
Cons: regimented above and beyond normal, management was very stressful.
Overall not a "bad" place to work. Management needs to loosen up a bit when it comes to their employees. Even to go ask an employee a question about a particular guideline, management made comments about being away from you desk.

Great Workplace
Patient Service Specialist (Current Employee), Orlando, FLFebruary 17, 2014
Very busy office. A typical work day would be that i enter around 7:45am, get everything ready to go (patient labels, and charts) by 8am, I have learned a lot with insurances, and especially oncology. Management is great. The most enjoyable part of the job is the diversity in employees. It's a great team to be a part of.

Wonderful office
Medical Front Office (Former Employee), Naples, FLAugust 27, 2013
Pros: very careing atmosphere
Cons: heartbreaking to see people deal with sickness and pain
Great bunch of people in a very difficult service area. The kind of patients we saw were often in a very difficult place in life. The care required of the staff takes some very special people. It was a very difficult job and required thick skin. I enjoyed my time there, and some of the patients were the most special people I have ever met. A life changing – more... experience. – less

"Good ole boys club"
Registered Nurse - Oncology Certified (Former Employee), Fort Myers, FLApril 28, 2013
Pros: paycheck
Cons: everything else
Owned by the physicians that work there. NOT nurse friendly. There is no nursing supervisor, DON or Clinical Supervisor. The highest rank any nurse will achieve is Charge Nurse of that particular office No consistency of procedures between offices. The only recognition you will recieve is being "written up" for something stupid. Never in my career have – more... I had Office Managers 'Scream at me." No training and very little experience (not clinical) for office managers. No clinical experience or education required. Wouldn't work there again for all the tea in china! – less

I was the victim of an FCS "merger"! Worst company I ever worked for. The management is disrespectful. There is NO training and they give 3 times the workload anyone can do in a day. They only point out your mistakes and no postivie reinforcement. No organization at all. I also was "written up" a couple of times. Laughable! This place is nothing but a cancer sweat shop and all they care about is the money but no one is trained well enough to collect it. They are running all over the state gobbling up practices with absolutely NO plan!

BUSY OFFICE
MA (Former Employee), SEBRING, FLFebruary 2, 2013
Pros: free lunches, good benefits
Cons: major thing rude dr who thinks he is god
IT WOULD BE A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR IF THE
OFFICE MANAGERS WOULD LEARN TO STAND UP TO ONE OF THE DRS WHO IS VERY RUDE AND HARD ON STAFF.
THE COMPANY NEEDS TO OPEN THEIRS EYES AND LISTEN TO STAFF WHEN THERE IS TO MUCH WORK FOR THE STAFF THEY HAVE.

MICRO MANAGEMENT AT ITS WORSE!!!!!! THEY NEED TO DO AWAY WITH ALL OF THE MANAGERS, MY DEPT HAD 4 ALONE AND LET THE PEOPLE DO THEIR JOBS. YOU ARE TREATED LIKE A CHILD WITH NO – more...
