Allied Health Instructor (Current Employee) – Boynton Beach, FL – September 14, 2015
Fun work place with supportive management. All about the numbers but now how you personally grow and develop. Decent amount of red tape and politics, but this is expected of a big company. The most enjoyable part of the job was working alongside my colleagues and learning from them. .Have seen company grow and downsize - alot of things need to be worked out. Need to care more about employees

This company is unorganized and does not believe in work life balance nor care about its students. The process is chaotic and its always about enrollments not assuring to improve a thorough process, as well as improve the education of impoverished students. You cant dictate a lunch schedule nor leave on time because you are expected to work overtime, without proper compensation.
managers should walk around with a whip in hand...that is all they need to personalize their behavior. employees are not appreciated and often criticized. In my 40 years as an employee I had never been treated this way.

TEAM LEAD OF COSMETOLOGY & BARBERING (Current Employee) – Boynton Beach, FL – June 17, 2015
during the time of my employment with this company, I really learned to love my coworkers and I really enjoyed the culture of the company. My only complaint with this company was my inability to move up in the organization. I am a very ambitious woman and strive to be the best at any job that is put forth. I just feel as though there was no room for growth for me, when I grew as far as I was allowed I knew it was time for me to move on and find a job that was not dead end so to speak,

I enjoy educating people and seeing them become successful individuals. It is with great pleasure and overall satisfaction when I see a student come in scared and unsure of themselves and see them leave confident and successful.
