My coworkers are my teammates and we work together to stay safe and maintain good communication. the hardes part of the job, of course if the physical energy one needs to sometimes maintain a potential violent patient, we must keep him safe from himself, while keeping ourselves safe. We are mentally conditioned as wellas trained in interpretation of gestures, postures and facial expressions. This way we are prepared to manage the indivduals anxiety. Florida Hospital is definately amazing. I've been trying to get onto Florida Hospital's staff for the last three months. No one single call back or interview appointment... not one. All they keep doing is sending the generic email response back "we regret to inform you that we've selected another candidate... blah, blah, blah". I also have a varied skill set from bench and lab work to technician work to research coordinator but not one call back.
