Pros: Diversity of opportunities
Cons: Larger size of the organization making communication difficult
Working in an organization for over 15 years makes summarizing each topic difficult since all area were unique. Days were challenging. I learned to adapt to changing conditions. Specific skills learned included but were not limited too clinical care, managerial responsibilities, performance improvement skills, and clinical compliance review ( more detailed information can be found in my curriculum vitae). Management was supportive.Team work was a big focus resulting in continuous improvement.The hardest part of the job was the size of the organization making communication difficult. The best part of the job was the diversity of opportunities for their employees.
