Salary range $35,000 -38,000 Annual (commensurate with experience)
Experience with PeopleSoft preferred.
Detailed oriented individual.
Experience with university internal financial and student operations system (Peoplesoft) preferred.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Coordinates and manages daily operations for the Center for Academic Success. Supervises temporary office staff, coordinates work schedules, distributes daily assignments, and reviews time reporting for accuracy.
Assures that all area administrative matters such as scheduling deadlines, area reports and student issues are handled in a timely manner.
Coordinates the administration of national tests. Manages test inventory and test security.
Coordinates and updates contracts and agreements with various testing agencies.
Works in conjunction with the Director to manage and monitor all financial transactions, revenues and expenses for the Center for Academic Success
Manages all departmental procurement transactions and processes internal requisitions and purchase orders.
Coordinates the hiring process for temporary employees and processes internal action forms.
Coordinates and supervises the process of registration for administering of exams for the Testing Center. Manages test inventory and test security. Coordinates space scheduling and assigns testing proctors/ personnel. Monitors online test registration programs and schedules exam dates.
Manages testing records and scores and reviews for accuracy and maintains updates for university records.
Processes internal travel approval forms and expense reports.
Coordinates and schedules meetings for the Director.
Master's degree in an appropriate specialization; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate specialization and two years of appropriate experience.
