Wages are very low. Benefits are plentiful: health, dental, vision, life, up to 44 days off of vacation in addition to holidays.

Apply early and be as PERSISTENT as possible! Do not give an ounce to comfort or security on your position in terms of application if you're non-family affilitated, because the key to entering truly is either by affiliation with someone else (sadly, but honestly) or constant persistence and drive to get your place is essential and key. (Humble opinion : )
