Can be fun, but new hire training needs improvement

The company is a relatively young company. The benefits are great, but they tend to hire young, unexperienced employees and expect the more seasoned staff to train them during client assessments that are under very tight deadlines. The new hire training process needs a lot of improvement.

• Responsible for promoting risk advisory services throughout the Tampa, Boston and Carolina markets through networking, cold calling and local leads • Set meetings between office Partners and potential clients • Attend nationwide conferences as an acting representative of the firm to promote risk advisory services • Internal recruiting-responsible for hiring twenty plus employees over 6 months • Schedule and attend University Career Fairs state wide to recruit new students
