Data Specialist – Part time with potential to increase full time

Job Description:
The Data Specialist role includes but is not limited to database maintenance for all clients including importing new data, adding and removing records, format and import new lists, process fulfillment orders and provide exemplary customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all databases
  • Assist in processing and fulfilling orders
  • Work with BCC postal software
  • Maintain effective working relations and communication with clients and staff
  • Work on assignments with general instructions


  • Experience with data management and customer service
  • Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook

Skills, Abilities, Competencies Required:

  • Proven track record in efficient and professional customer service
  • Demonstrate capabilities to manage multiple, projects and priorities effectively
  • Strong, proven experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and database management
  • Experience with software programs preferred (BCC Postal Software)
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven abilities to manage and develop organizational systems
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt to changing pace with frequent interruptions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrate high standards, strong work ethics, experience and maturity
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Demonstrate ability to sense urgency and respond accordingly
  • Must be self-motivated
