Pros: free meal, healthcare
Cons: inconsistent hours, one manager was a little annoying
Co workers were amazing, managers were pretty cool. The food is too delicious so eating that every night was a plus. Learned how to count large sums of money quickly, how to pay attention to details.

Pros: benefits, lunch at fogo once a month. super friendly people, everyone is on the same page!
Cons: only 1 jean friday a month but not a deal breaker. no 401k yet =(
This place is organized and follows the rules. It was a great working here even though it was only for a short period of time. I have yet to find a company like it!

Cons: language barrier
The overall company is great to work for. Benefits and a solid job. I would say the language barrier is difficult to deal with at times but I love the people. From a host/cashier point-of-view it's good money in comparison to other restaurants that would hire little to no experience in the industry. Management in combination with coworkers feels like – more... family. Aren't really "breaks" but there is, at times, downtime that compensates. It really is a team effort of working. – less

company with growing pains that management does not handle well

Cons: insufficient insurance program, no retirement program. we were promised a 401k program two years ago that has never happened.
The company itself I had been proud to say I worked at and helped contribute to the success for 4 1/2 years. However, in the last couple of years there has been great changes and not positive ones from a employees point of view. The owner who built the business sold it about 2 years ago. Pros: free food after shift, consistent money
Cons: no breaks, bad shifts, late night, poor managing
It is great meeting new people and taking care of their needs, but it can be painful when management no longer cares about their own employess. Receiving a night off for a wedding or family reunion is near impossible even with a three week notice.
Money is good but is pooled when some of the other servers might not deserve their cut.

Pros: refeiçao tem sim sim na empreza
Cons: nao fornece vale pq eu almoçava na empreza
Era muita correria mas era assim mesmo normal, principalmente nos finais de ano. Na empreza eu aprendi muitas coisas ajudar os outros quando precisam assim como eu ajudava tambem, ganhei experiencia pulir pratos preparar a copa ajudar na cozinha etc.A direção e a gerencia tinha um atendimento bom para atender as pessoas eles davam vale transporte, convenio – more... medico e dentista tinham que ter respinsabilidade grande para atender os clientes etc.Ate que os meu colegas de trabalho eram legais eles ajudavam quando eu precisava de ajuda na hora do movimeto, assim como eu ajudava eles quando eles precisavam de ajuda, tambem ajudar a pegar umas caixas pesadas etc .A parte mais agradavel e o almoço, a parte desagravel era o movimento que nois tinhanos em finais de semana principalmente nos pulimentos de pratos era pratos talheres parecia que nao acabava o movimento. – less
