Has Potential But Poor Direction

This place could be great but they try to do too much and end up with half finished projects or software that doesn't work right for years. A lot of people have been here for too long and are dead weight and any new talent is not nurtured enough and leaves after a few months or years. People are not truly judged by their knowledge and are lumped in with people that are not on the same level making it hard to stand out. Merit system is garbage, broken, non existent, take you pick. People are promoted based seniority way to often even though they know nothing. Management overhaul is badly needed and a new knowledge based culture needs to be started. Clean house or wither.
